PHW is a travel company that offers tours, activities and vacation packages online that enables users to research, find, and book travel experiences for their vacation.
PHW’s products and services are made available through PHW and PHW-affiliated websites and applications.
This website (together with other PEARL HARBOR WEBSITES, ITS SUBSIDIARIES AND CORPORATE AFFILIATES branded websites) where we offer our complete range of products and services directly to consumers.
PHW owns hundreds of travel related websites. We we also work with many affiliates who distribute our products and services to consumers through their individual websites. We typically host our affiliates’ product-information and booking pages, manage payment and credit card information.
We also work with distributors who manage the hosting, purchase and payment for our products and services.
If you provide information directly to our affiliates, distributors or suppliers, the terms of their respective privacy policies, and not this Privacy Policy, will apply to such disclosures. You should carefully review the privacy policies of the affiliate partner, distributor or supplier prior to providing information to such third parties. What Information Do We Collect?

In General
We receive and store any information you enter on our websites or give us in any other way. We collect two types of information from you on our websites, mobile applications, via email, and through our service providers and distribution partners. Personal Information is information that identifies you personally, such as your first and last name, email address, telephone number, postal and email addresses, user name. We also collect Other Information that does not identify you personally, such as gender, country of residence and other demographic information.
When you register with PHW, we ask for basic information including your name and email address, and Other Information such as your signup location. You can choose not to provide information to us, but in general some information about you is required in order for you to receive relevant offerings from PHW and its partners and enjoy other benefits of being a registered guest. You may have the opportunity to provide contact and travel-related information for other people through our websites. If you “Refer a Friend” or if you make a purchase products or services for someone else through PHW, you will need to submit that individual’s personal information. Information from Other Sources
We also may periodically obtain both personal and non-personal information about you from affiliated entities, business partners and other independent third-party sources and add it to other information about you. For example, if you visit PHW by “clicking through” from a site operated by one of our business partners, and you have registered with that partner, then information about you that you have provided to that partner may be shared with us, such as contact information and demographic information. As another example, if you access third party services, such as social media services, through our website or before coming to our website, we may collect information such as your user name and other information made available to us through those services. Automatic Information
When you visit PHW or any of our affiliates’ web pages that are hosted by us, our web server automatically recognizes and collects your IP address, which is assigned by your Internet Service Provider and does not identify you personally, web browser software, and referring website. To help us analyze the usage of our websites and related services, and to send more relevant communications to you, we also collect and keep track of Other Information about your online activity, such as content viewed, pages visited, and searches and/or reservations facilitated or made. One of our goals in collecting this automatic information is to help us understand the interests and preferences of our users and customize your user experience. For example, if you frequently visit Hawaii, we may send you special notices listing deals and popular products for Hawaii. If you are subscribed to any of our email marketing communications – including newsletters and destination alerts, it is necessary for you to disclose Personal Information such as your name and email address.

Payment Information
If you book a tour or excursion with third-party suppliers facilitated by PHW, we will collect payment information from you, including your credit card number, cardholder name, expiration date, authentication code, and billing address.
We may offer members the option to save information related to method and choice of payment on our websites. If you save such payment details on PHW, you will be able to add, delete, or modify that information at any time in your Account Settings.
Location Information and Other Information from Devices
When you use an Application on a Device, we will collect and use information about you in generally similar ways and for similar purposes as when you use a PHW websites. In addition, we may collect information about your location if you have instructed your device to send such information to the application via the privacy settings on that device, or if you have uploaded photos tagged with location information. We may use the location information collected from your device or photos to enhance your use of the application by providing you with relevant content and contextual advertising. For example, we may use your location to show you tours or excursions near you when you are travelling. You can change the privacy settings of your device at any time, in order to turn off the functionality to share location information with the Application and/or the functionality to tag your photos with location information. Please note that turning off location sharing may affect certain features of our application. If you have any queries about the privacy settings of your Device, we suggest you contact the manufacturer of your Device or your mobile service provider for help.

Your Contributions
You can contribute to the PHW websites in a number of different ways, including writing reviews, uploading photos, filling out your public profile, and rating other users’ contributions. We may store these contributions (your “Content”), publicly display them on our websites and applications and those of our affiliate partners and distributors, display them to other users, share them with our affiliate partners and distributors, and use them for promotional purposes. Note that if you include Personal Information in your Content, it can be used and viewed by others. We are not responsible for the information you choose to include in your Content.

Cookies, and How We Use Them

Web Beacons: Our websites also may use Web beacons (also known as clear gifs, pixel tags or Web bugs), which are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies, that are placed in the code of a Web page. We use Web beacons to monitor the traffic patterns of users from one page within our sites to another, to deliver or communicate with cookies, to understand whether you have come to our site from an online advertisement displayed on a third-party website, and to improve site performance. Response to Do Not Track signals: Your web browser may transmit a “Do Not Track” (“DNT”) signal to PHW and other websites. Sharing with Social Media Services
If you connect to PHW using Facebook, we may show you reviews, photos and tours that your Facebook friends have posted, shared, saved or purchased on PHW. If you wish to prevent that sharing, please review your Facebook privacy settings. You can also choose to access third-party social media websites and services through PHW (such as Facebook and Twitter). When you do so, you are sharing information with those sites, and the information you share is governed by their privacy policies. Sharing with Service Providers
Some of the Personal Information we collect is shared with our service providers (e.g. tours partners) who are directly involved in fulfilling the orders you have made from us. We only provide our service providers with your name and your local contact details, if you provide them (e.g., your hotel name for pick-ups and drop-offs, your local phone number, your mobile phone number, your email address, etc.) We do not provide our service providers with any other Personal Information. If you decide to provide any Personal Information directly to a service provider, we recommend that you review the service provider’s privacy policy to determine how such service provider may use or disclose your Personal Information.

Sharing with Third Party Vendors
We also share your Personal Information with third party vendors who provide services or functions on our behalf, including business analytics, payment processing, customer service, marketing, public relations, distribution of surveys or sweepstakes programs, and fraud prevention. We may also authorize third-party vendors to collect information on our behalf, including, for example, as necessary to operate features of our websites or Applications or to facilitate the delivery of online advertising tailored to your interests. We currently contract with several third-party online partners to help manage and optimize our Internet business and communications. Sharing with Companies within our Corporate Family
We may share your personal information within the PHW group of companies, affiliate companies and websites. This sharing enables us to provide you with information about products and services, both travel-related and other, which might interest you. To the extent that our parent company and corporate affiliates have access to your information, they will follow practices that are at least as restrictive as the practices described in this Privacy Policy. They also will comply with applicable laws governing the transmission of promotional communications and, at a minimum, give you an opportunity in any commercial email they send to choose not to receive such email messages in the future.

Other Sharing

PEARL HARBOR WEBSITES, ITS SUBSIDIARIES AND CORPORATE AFFILIATES (COLLECTIVELY, THE “PHW GROUP COMPANIES”), hereafter PHW is an online travel company that enables users to research, find, and book travel experiences. PHW offers a variety of tours, vacation packages, tickets and services (“Products”) made available by PHW’s third party suppliers through PHW and its affiliates’ websites and mobile properties and related applications (collectively, this “PHW”). These Websites are provided to assist customers in gathering travel excursion information, posting opinions of travel excursions, engaging in interactive travel forums, and searching for and booking reservations for Products, and for no other purposes.
The terms “we”, “us”, “our” and “PHW” refer to PEARL HARBOR WEBSITES, INC., ITS SUBSIDIARIES AND CORPORATE AFFILIATES (COLLECTIVELY, THE “PHW GROUP COMPANIES”), a Nevada corporation. The term “you” refers to the customer visiting our Website(s) and/or contributing content on our Websites.
PHW and the services and products made available on PHW website(s) are offered to you conditioned upon your acceptance without modification of any/all the terms, conditions, and notices set forth below (collectively, the “Agreement”). By accessing or using PHW website(s) in any manner, you agree to be bound by the Agreement and represent that you have read and understood its terms. Use of the PHW Website(s)
As a condition of your use of PHW website(s) you warrant that (i) all information supplied by you on PHW website(s) is true, accurate, current and complete, (ii) if you have a PHW website(s) account, you will safeguard your account information and will supervise and be completely responsible for any use of your account by anyone other than you and (iii) you are 13 years of age or older in order to register for an account and contribute to PHW website(s). You further represent and warrant that you (a) have not previously been suspended by PHW or otherwise banned from using PHW website(s); (b) are not a direct competitor of PHW website(s) (c) you will not have more than one PHW website(s) account at any given time; and (d) that you have full power and authority to enter into this Agreement and in doing so will not violate any other agreement to which you are a party.
We retain the right at our sole discretion to deny access to anyone to PHW website(s) and the services we offer, at any time and for any reason, including, but not limited to, for violation of this Agreement.
In accessing or using the Website, you may be exposed to content that is offensive, indecent, inaccurate, objectionable, or otherwise inappropriate. PHW website(s) does not endorse such content, and cannot vouch for its accuracy. You therefore access and use PHW website(s) at your own risk.

Additionally, you agree that you will not and will not assist or enable others to:

(xii) use the PHW to submit or transmit pornography or illegal content; use the site to solicit personal information from minors or to harm or threaten to cause harm to minors;
(xiii) attempt to gain unauthorized access PHW, user accounts, computer systems or networks connected to the PHW through hacking, password mining or any other means; use PHW to transmit any computer viruses, worms, defects, Trojan horses or other items of a destructive nature (collectively, “Viruses”);
(xiv) use any device, software or routine that interferes with the proper working of PHW, or otherwise attempt to interfere with the proper working of PHW;

(xvi) disrupt or interfere with the security of, or otherwise cause harm to, PHW; or
(xvii) remove, circumvent, disable, damage or otherwise interfere with any security-related features of PHW, features that prevent or restrict the use or copying PHW Content, or features that enforce limitations on the use of PHW.

User Accounts
You need to create an account and provide information about yourself in order to use some of the features on PHW. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and login credentials. You are also responsible for all activities that occur in connection with your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Your account is for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not impersonate someone else (e.g., adopt the identity of a celebrity), create an account for anyone other than yourself, provide an email address other than your own, or create multiple accounts.
We reserve the right to close your account at any time for any or no reason.
We may terminate or suspend your account or ability to use PHW, in whole or in part, at our sole discretion, for any or no reason, and without notice or liability of any kind. For example, we may terminate or suspend your account or ability to use PHW if you misuse the PHW. Any such termination or suspension could prevent you from accessing your account, PHW, your Content, PHW Content, or any other related information.
You may terminate your account at any time by closing your account and discontinuing your use of any and all parts of PHW. If you close your account, we may continue to display your previously published Content and are under no obligation to remove any of your Content.
AS A USER OF PHW, YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT: (1) NEITHER PHW NOR ITS AFFILIATES WILL HAVE ANY LIABILITY TO YOU OR OTHERS FOR ANY UNAUTHORIZED TRANSACTIONS MADE USING YOUR PASSWORD OR ACCOUNT; AND (2) THE UNAUTHORIZED USE OF YOUR PASSWORD OR ACCOUNT COULD CAUSE YOU TO INCUR LIABILITY TO BOTH PHW AND OTHER USERS.

If it is determined that you retain moral rights (including rights of attribution or integrity) in the Content, you hereby declare that (a) you do not require that any personally identifying information be used in connection with the Content, or any derivative works of or upgrades or updates thereto; (b) you have no objection to the publication, use, modification, deletion and exploitation of the Content by PHW or its licensees, successors and assigns; (c) you forever waive and agree not to claim or assert any entitlement to any and all moral rights of an author in any of the Content; and (d) you forever release PHW, and its licensees, successors and assigns, from any claims that you could otherwise assert against PHW by virtue of any such moral rights.
PHW and its affiliates may display advertisements and other information adjacent to or included with your Content on PHW. You are not entitled to any compensation for such advertisements. The manner, mode and extent of such advertising are subject to change without specific notice to you.
PHW may contain discussion forums, bulletin boards, review services or other forums in which you or third parties may post reviews of travel experiences or other content, messages, materials or other items on this Website (“Interactive Areas”). If PHW provides such Interactive Areas, you are solely responsible for your use of such Interactive Areas and use them at your own risk. By using any Interactive Areas, you expressly agree not to post, upload to, transmit, distribute, store, create or otherwise publish through PHW any of the following:

Products and Booking Reservations
By booking a reservation for a Product or tour through PHW you acknowledge that you accept the practices described in our Privacy Policy and this Agreement. In addition, you warrant that you are 18 years of age or older, that you possess the legal authority to enter into this Agreement, use PHW, book the Product, and that all information you supply is true and accurate. You further agree that you will use the booking functionality of PHW to make only legitimate reservations for you or others for whom you are legally authorized to act. Any false or fraudulent reservation is prohibited, and any user who attempts such a reservation may have his or her PHW account terminated.
PHW is a travel agency or tour company and does not provide or own transportation services, accommodations, tours, excursions or other travel experiences. Although PHW displays information about travel experiences offered by third-party suppliers and facilitates reservations those suppliers, such actions do not in any way imply, suggest, or constitute PHW sponsorship or approval of third-party suppliers, or any affiliation between PHW and third-party suppliers. Although PHW members may rate and review particular travel experiences based on their own experiences, PHW does not endorse or recommend the products or services of any third-party suppliers. You agree that PHW is not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of information it obtains from third-party suppliers and displays on PHW.
If you book a reservation for a travel experience through PHW, you agree to review and be bound by the supplier’s terms and conditions and any other rules or policies related to the supplier’s travel experience. Your interactions with third-party suppliers are at your own risk. PHW will have no liability with respect to the acts, omissions, errors, representations, warranties, breaches or negligence of any third-party suppliers or for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting from your interactions with third-party suppliers.
This Website may link you to supplier sites or other websites that PHW does not operate or control.

Modifications & Amendments
All requests for modifications and amendments to your booking must be directed to the PHW Customer Service Team who will process the request.
– PHW does not charge a fee to amend or change the dates of an existing booking, as long as the request is received by our Customer Care team more than three (3) days ahead of your confirmed travel date.
– It is not possible to change or modify a special event, or show ticket. Sales of these tickets are final and cannot be amended once your original purchase is confirmed.
– All other date-change requests and amendments are subject to availability by our suppliers and/or service providers; PHW cannot guarantee the success of any date-change request.
– If you request a date change within three (3) days or less of your confirmed travel date, PHW will attempt to honor your request; however changes made three days or less from your original travel date may be subject to an additional fee. For multi-day and overnight tours, date changes made within seven (7) days of your confirmed travel date may also be subject to additional fees.
– If you make a purchase using a PHW promotion code, or if you accept a discount or special-offer price during the PHW checkout process, you may invalidate your discount or special-offer price by making any changes or amendments to your itinerary once your purchase is complete. PHW may decide, at its sole discretion, to honor your discount or special-offer pricing if you make a post-purchase change or amendment to your itinerary. However PHW reserves the right to invalidate your discount or special-offer pricing if you make any changes to your confirmed itinerary.

Occasionally our suppliers and/or service providers make changes to tour dates, prices, inclusions, coverage, age requirements, and other Product features and/or requirements. As a result, PHW reserves the right to cancel, change or substitute any service, tour, ticket or product that you have booked at PHW at any time, for any reason. In such cases, if you are dissatisfied with the alternatives offered, you are entitled to a full refund of the original purchase price. Notwithstanding the above, when we are informed in advance by our agents, service providers and/or suppliers of a significant change to a booking and/or to a tour, product or event, we make every reasonable effort to notify the consumer, travel agent and/or distributor as appropriate, in order to amend or re-issue the booking where feasible.

Pricing & Inclusions/Exclusions
Prices listed on the PHW are per person, unless otherwise specified.
Prices are based on USA currency.
Price quotations are subject to change without notice, until a booking has been confirmed.
Prices do not include tips/gratuities to tour directors, drivers or local guides; passport and visa fees; baggage and personal insurance; any items of a personal nature; taxes or duties; and any beverages or food not specifically listed under “Inclusions” on the product pages of the Website.

Payments & Cancellations
When you book a reservation for a tour or an activity through the PHW, We collect your payment information and process your payment as described below under “Payment Processing”. PHW accepts the following credit cards: Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover. There is no charge or service fee for processing credit or debit card payments. Full payment by credit or debit card is required to make a reservation. Payment will be listed with the name of the PHW website that you book your tour on the credit or debit card statement.
No refunds are available once a tour or service has commenced, or in respect of any package, accommodation, meals or any other services utilized.
Canceling a booking with PHW can result in cancellation fees being applied by PHW, as outlined below. Additional fees may be levied by the individual supplier or tour operator (see your PHW Voucher for specific details). When canceling any booking you will be notified via email or telephone of the total cancellation fees.

Event, Attraction, Show, One Day fly-away or Coupon Ticket
These are non-refundable in all circumstances.

Gift Certificate
These are non-refundable in all circumstances.

Other Tour Products & Services
– If you cancel at least 7 day(s) in advance of the scheduled departure, there is no cancellation fee.
– If you cancel between 3 and 6 day(s) in advance of the scheduled departure, there is a 50 percent cancellation fee.
– If you cancel within 2 day(s) of the scheduled departure, there is a 100 percent cancellation fee.
– If the tour and activity is operated by a PHW sister company you can cancel up to 48 hours prior without cancellation fees. This includes our one day fly-away or any other tour and activity that includes a flight.

The value of the transaction may be subject to taxes, or other fees. Your bank or credit or debit card company may convert the payment into the local currency and charge fees, resulting in differences between the amount displayed on PHW and PHW-affiliated websites, and the final amount charged to your bank account or credit or debit card statement. Please contact your bank or card company if you have any questions concerning any applicable conversion or fees.

Payment Processing
Under this agreement, the Credit Card payment processing services for vacation packages and tours and activities purchased on this PHW are provided by Authorized.net.

PHW Vouchers
You will receive a PHW voucher (“Voucher”) for each tour, event or service booked. In order to access and print your PHW Voucher(s), you will be email your voucher.
You must provide your Voucher to the appropriate service provider in order to redeem your tour, ticket, or package. Your reservation cannot be honored or redeemed without presenting a valid PHW Voucher.
For security purposes, when redeeming your PHW Voucher you might be ask to present a valid Photo ID. This is for identification purposes and helps us to prevent fraud.
If you make a purchase using a PHW gift certificate (“Gift Certificate”), WWV requires that you present the Gift Certificate used to purchase your tour, ticket or package at the time of redemption.
PHW Gift Certificates
PHW Gift Certificates may be obtained only at the PHW. All Gift Certificate sales are final. Gift Certificates are not refundable. PHW is not responsible for stolen or lost Gift Certificates.
PHW Gift Certificates can only be redeemed on the PHW. PHW Gift Certificates are redeemable against any Product offered on PHW. PHW Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash. PHW reserves the right to cancel Gift Certificates obtained fraudulently.
PHW Gift Certificates are valid for two (1) years from the date of initial purchase.
If the value of the items you book is greater than your Gift Certificate, you can pay the balance using an acceptable credit or debit card. If the value is less than your Gift Certificate, we’ll store the balance in our database for you to use on another occasion. Note that your Gift Certificate, including any unused balance, expires one year after the date of issue.

Passports, Visas & Insurance
When you book international reservations with PHW, you are responsible for ensuring that you meet all foreign entry requirements and that your travel documents, including passports and visas, are in order to visit The United States.
For passport and visa requirements, please consult the relevant embassy or consulate for information. Because requirements may change at any time, be sure to check for up-to-date information before booking and departure. PHW accepts no liability for travelers who are refused entry onto a flight or into any country because of the traveler’s failure to carry the travel documents required by any airline, authority, or country, including countries the traveler may just be passing through en route to his or her destination.
As visa and health requirements are subject to change without notice, we recommend that you verify health and visa requirements with the appropriate consulate prior to departure. It is also your responsibility to consult your physician for current recommendations on inoculations before you travel internationally, and to ensure that you meet all health entry requirements and follow all medical guidance related to your trip.
We strongly recommend that you purchase a comprehensive travel insurance policy prior to departure to protect your Product purchase. If you cancel your trip or significantly alter travel dates, your travel insurance policy may reimburse the cost of cancellation fees and related expenses. Please review your travel insurance policy carefully for related terms and conditions.

To the extent allowed by applicable law, you agree that you will bring any claim or cause of action arising from or relating to your access or use of this PHW within two (2) years from the date on which such claim or action arose or accrued or such claim or cause of action will be irrevocably waived.
If any part of this Agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remaining provisions in the Agreement shall continue in effect.
This Agreement (and any other terms and conditions referenced herein) constitutes the entire agreement between you and PHW with respect to PHW and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written, between the customer and PHW with respect to PHW. A printed version of this Agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this Agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form.
Fictitious names of companies, products, people, characters, and/or data mentioned on this PHW are not intended to represent any real individual, company, product, or event.

Thank you for booking your Hawaii Vacation Packages and tours and Activities from PEARL HARBOR WEBSITES. We appreciate the fact that you like to book the best Hawaii vacation packages and Hawaii torus & activities the islands has to offer. We are here to make sure that your vacation experience is memorable while your discover our Islands. Your vacation starts when you start reserving, and finding the best Hawaii vacation packages and tours for you and your family. We believe that experience you be a fun and easy one. We are here to help you along the process as you evaluate all the many Hawaii vacation options available to you, whether you’re in one of our websites, on our office or with one of our local concierge over the phone.

As with any vacation booking experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at an PHW. The most important thing to remember is that by booking a vacation packages by phone or online with PHW, you agree to all the terms below and to PHW’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

Easy Cancellation Policy
We are here to share Hawaii’s aloha spirit by delivering the best vacations ever and we strongly believe you will be more than happy with our vacation packages, tours & activities that we offer in Maui, Oahu, Kauai and Hawaii Big Island. We go above and beyond to make sure that you book the right Hawaii Vacation packages and Hawaii Tour & Activities. We are here to help you plan and built the best experiences that the islands have to offer. We understand, that sometimes plans can change and you need to cancel hence we have this easy cancelation policy.

For any torus, activities and vacation packages that does not have any airlines costs cancelled 48 hours before the departure date. within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we’ll exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following:

Regular tours and activities( do not have an airlines flight segment )
– Tours, and activities, and vacation can be cancel by calling our reservation center
– For any tours, activities and vacation packages that does not have any airlines costs cancelled 48 hours before the departure date for a full refund

Cancelation for One Day fly away – and packages including airfare
For any tours, activities and vacation packages that includes a airlines portion cancel 72 hours before the departure date for a full refund

Hotel and All Inclusive Packages Cancelations
– Tour, activities and vacations packages cannot be cancelled once the tour started.
– For any tours, activities and vacation packages that includes a airlines portion cancel 7 days before the departure date for a full refund

Groups Cancelations
– Group of 10 of more required 7 days cancelation notice for a full refund.

Note:
– Tour, activities and vacations packages cannot be cancelled once the tour or activity has started
– Please note that Airlines and Hotels have different service-cancellation policies and might not refund the airfare or accommodation portion of the package

Fair Refund Policy
We pride in delivering the best vacation ever. If we provided your with a tour, activity or a vacation not to what you dreamed or expect it to be. In that unlikely and rare event, we invite you to read our refund terms and policies. You can also call our Manager to find a fair resolution.

Refund of regular tour
If you feel that we did not provided the services we promised and therefore you are unsatisfied with our services let us know immediately. We will research on the issues of your request for a refund and let your know in less than 24 hours of our decision. If feel that the refund is fair we will automatically refund. If we do not agree with your request we can escalate the issue to a manger or our executive team to come up with a reasonable and fair decision.
Refund One Day fly away – and all packages including airfare
If you feel that we did not provided the services we promised and therefore you are unsatisfied with our services let us know immediately. We will research on the issues of your request for a refund and let your know in less than 24 hours of our decision. If feel that the refund is fair we will automatically refund you the tour portion but not the cost of the airfare. if we do not agree with your request we can escalate the issue to a manger or our executive team to come up with a reasonable and fair decision. Please note that Airlines and Hotels most of the time do not refund for service and accomodation provided. If you have an issue with the portion of your package inform us right away.
Hotel and All Inclusive Packages Refund

Pricing and Price Reductions/Corrections
PHW reserves the right to change prices for tours, vacation packages and all our Hawaii Activities we displayed at our sites at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur by mistakes. (Opens in a new window) In the event you have been charged more than the posted price for a tour or a vacation package in our websites please contact our reservation center for a refund of the overcharge.
Should PHW reduce its price on any product within 7 calendar days from the date you book your tour, activity or vacation package feel free to visit contact our local experts at 1-808-690- 9053 to request a price match or credit of the difference between the price you were charged and the current selling price. To receive the credit you must contact us 7 calendar days of the price change. Please note that this excludes limited-time price reductions, such as those that occur during the holidays or and special sales events , such as Black Friday or Cyber Monday.
Prices on our websites are shown in U.S. dollars. If you are paying for your order with an international credit card, please be note that the purchase price may fluctuate with exchange rates. In addition, your bank or credit card issuer may also charge you foreign conversion charges and fees, which may also increase the overall cost of your purchase. Please contact your bank or credit card issuer regarding these fees.

Tour, Activity and Vacation Package Acceptance/Confirmation
PHW may, in its sole discretion, cancel any tour, activity or vacation package booking. PHW may also require additional information prior to accepting or processing any booking . Once we receive your Online or Call Center booking, we’ll provide you with an email booking confirmation. Your receipt of an booking confirmation, however, does not signify PHW’s acceptance of your booking, nor does it constitute confirmation of your torus, activity or vacation package; we are simply confirming that we received your order. PHW reserves the right at any time after receiving your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. If PHW cancels an order after you have already been billed, PHW will refund the billed amount to you credit card.

Tour, Activities & Vacation Packages Availability and Sold Out
Given the popularity Hawaii, during the high season month its possible for a tour or vacation packages to be sold out for certain days and not available to be book in the websites. PHW reserves the right to cancel any tour, activities and vacation packages. Furthermore, there may be occasions when PHW confirms your order but subsequently learns that it cannot operate the services requested. In the event we cannot fully the service you booked. PHW will cancel the order and refund your credit card in full.

Gift Cards
PHW gift Cards are not refundable or cancelable.

World Wide Destinationsist, Inc (“PHW”) is not responsible for and will not extend financial reimbursement for delays, traffic, wildlife, volcanic activity, inclement weather, mechanical problems, and/or breakdown of airlines. PHW shall not be liable for injury, damage, loss or theft to person(s) or property. Schedule, vehicle type, prices & features are seasonal, time permitting and subject to change without notice. *Tax and fees not included in tour prices. Pick-up and return times are approximate.
Arizona Memorial at Pearl Harbor: PHW is not responsible for breakdown of Navy boats, long lines, delays or lack of tickets which may occur at the Arizona Memorial and other sites.
Volcano National Park: Hiking over rough, uneven surfaces is often required to view lava. Viewing lava is not guaranteed. Volcanic fumes (VOG) is hazardous to your health. Persons with breathing and heart difficulties should consult a health care professional before booking a volcano tour. Sturdy, covered walking shoes are recommended.
Cancellation Policy: Land tours require 48 hours notice of cancellation. Full charge for no-shows and cancellations within 48 hours. Tours including airfare are non-refundable. Processing fees may apply to cancellations. Activities cancelled inside the 48 hours before the activity start time are non-refundable. Activities involving inter-island plane tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable from time of purchase.
PHW acts as a ticket agent only. PHW does not own, operate or control the independent contractors who provide the activities. PHW and its affiliated companies shall not be liable for acts or omissions of activity providers.
All activities are at the user’s own risk. You agree that PHW’s agents, employees and related entities (i) have not made any representations regarding the safety of any activity and (ii) are not liable or responsible in any way for loss, injury, or damage to person or property however caused. By proceeding and redeeming this booking with this agreement, you acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree with the terms of this Liability Disclaimer and Waiver.
